Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Serve as marketing subject matter expert for security product for key marketing partners
– Manage home security marketing programs in partnership with internal teams, including movers, onboarding, acquisition, and upgrade.
– Deliver strategic recommendations to improve key marketing programs
– Partner with divisional marketing leaders to help them meet/exceed connect goals
– Improve home security leads and connects by driving direct marketing principles and learnings throughout our programs
– Implement a test and learn approach to drive results
– Track and manage marketing expenses and managing the marketing budget
– Identify and implement changes to make the customer experience our best product
– Drive improvements through customer onboarding programs to reduce churn and improve customer engagement, in partnership with customer communications team
– Track market trends and analyze program results to support go-forward strategies
Qualifications:
– Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field or Equivalent
– 6-9 years of experience
– Strong direct marketing background required
– Understanding of email execution and process
– Ability to effectively prioritize projects and work in a dynamic, changing environment
– Proven ability to solve issues and work effectively within a large, matrixed organization
– Data-drive marketing approach
– Proficient Excel and PowerPoint skills
