Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and compile financial information to prepare entries to accounts(i.e. general ledger accounts)
  • Document business transactions
  • Assist accounting manager in support of and preparation for external audits
  • Conduct balance sheet account reconciliations, verify accuracy of data, and inform management of any errors/inconsistencies as well as correct such errors
  • Prepare unique financial reports as requested by management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in related field(i.e Finance or Accounting), MBA preferred
  • 2+ years of accounting experience
  • Must have strong team skills as well as the ability to work independently
  • Must have strong analytical and communication skills
  • ERP experience is a plus
