Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all assigned customers and provide superior customer service at all times.
  • Receive and input sales orders via EDI
  • Review and process all all-purchase orders and double check orders to ensure accuracy
  • Communicate effectively and appropriately with customers, brokers
  • Respond to all customer inquiries
  • Work closely with marketing, supply chain management, operations (warehouse/shipping), finance, and sales to ensure customer needs are met quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintain effective customer contact
  • Assist with incoming calls
  • Review daily order reports
  • Mail/email daily invoices to customers
  • All other duties assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience working as an Account Coordinator or Customer Service Representative or in a similar role
  • Detail oriented mindset
  • Previous inbound (Vendor-side) EDI order processing and troubleshooting, minimum 1 year
  • Experience with 810, 850 and 856 EDI transaction formats is required and Amazon Vendor Central is highly desired
  • HS Diploma/GED with professional coursework
  • 3+ years’ experience working in a professional office setting
  • ERP/CRM experience
  • Strong computer user skillset in MS Office Suite
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs in a fast paced environment is essential and have the ability to exceed customer’s expectations daily
  • Experience interacting with warehouse/production personnel and able to navigate a warehouse and lift up to 15 pounds
