Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Operate as the lead point of contact for all assigned customers and provide superior customer service at all times.
- Receive and input sales orders via EDI
- Review and process all all-purchase orders and double check orders to ensure accuracy
- Communicate effectively and appropriately with customers, brokers
- Respond to all customer inquiries
- Work closely with marketing, supply chain management, operations (warehouse/shipping), finance, and sales to ensure customer needs are met quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain effective customer contact
- Assist with incoming calls
- Review daily order reports
- Mail/email daily invoices to customers
- All other duties assigned
Qualifications:
- 3+ years’ experience working as an Account Coordinator or Customer Service Representative or in a similar role
- Detail oriented mindset
- Previous inbound (Vendor-side) EDI order processing and troubleshooting, minimum 1 year
- Experience with 810, 850 and 856 EDI transaction formats is required and Amazon Vendor Central is highly desired
- HS Diploma/GED with professional coursework
- 3+ years’ experience working in a professional office setting
- ERP/CRM experience
- Strong computer user skillset in MS Office Suite
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs in a fast paced environment is essential and have the ability to exceed customer’s expectations daily
- Experience interacting with warehouse/production personnel and able to navigate a warehouse and lift up to 15 pounds
