Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develops and executes key account strategic and operating plans to achieve targeted sales growth with assigned global account.
- Leads and works with a global cross functional team to create values and provide solutions to support key account growth and to meet/exceed sales targets
- Develops and deploys the customer interface strategy globally (points of contact, frequency) and builds strong rapport with key decision makers, and sponsors while managing the overall day to day activity.
- Tracks, records, and communicates progress on sales objectives
- Establishes, develops, or maintains long-term relationships with prospective, new, and existing customers – servicing unmet customer needs while ensuring profitability, and identifying new business opportunities while adequately aligning them with internal capacities and/or marketing strategies to foster growth.
Qualifications:
- BS Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration with 10+ years automotive work experience.
- Working experience in Tier I Automotive Supplier Sales Office, or other equivalent
- Working knowledge of relevant automotive cost models.
- Proven customer-networking abilities
