Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Project Management define the Scope of work with Customers. Schedule, Follow-Up or Manage internally developed projects, or projects developed with other engineering partners.
- Provide technical support for the following:PLC (Omron, Mitsubishi), Vision (Omron), Motion (Omron, IAI), HMI (Omron/Proface), AGC (JBW), or other electrical components/manufacturers
- Provide technical support for existing systems (i.e . AGC systems, Vision Systems, PLC Modifications, Control Panels).
- Confirm drawings, programming, specifications for work on internally developed projects, or projects developed with other engineering partnersProvide technical support for the following:PLC (Omron, Mitsubishi), Vision (Omron), Motion (Omron, IAI), HMI (Omron/Proface), AGC (JBW), or other electrical components/manufacturers Provide technical support for existing systems (i.e . AGC systems, Vision Systems, PLC Modifications, Control Panels).
Qualifications:
- A PLUS to have 2 year Technical school or relevant AS Degree
- Minimum 5 years experience in automation and related PLC
- Need exposure to hands on installation and programming to oversee 3rd party integrators and perform project management. A PLUS if have knowledge of AGV automated guidance vehicles/carts
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
- Basic knowledge of Omron, Mitsubishi, PLC design and programming
- Ability to understand Electrical, Mechanical, and Assembly Drawings to support target systems (i.e. Control Panel, Vision, AGC, Safety, etc).
