Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provides strategic planning, marketing leadership, and technical sales support for driving growth in this clients thermal service business
  • Support service business growth in identifying and developing new service offerings.
  • Manage thermal service Product Managers regarding development of services tied to new product introductions
  • Ensure sustaining support on all existing thermal services
  • Assist in the development of white papers, sales training, advertisement materials, channel programs, and other sales tools/programs.
  • Drive development of sales tools to enhance sales productivity and growth of thermal service offerings.
  • Other duties as required

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree ideally in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology (Business, Marketing or related degree will also be considered)
  • Approximately 10 or more years experience in Precision Cooling Marketing, Sales, or Application Engineering (or closely related similar experience)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects from initial concept to delivery of incremental sales and profit.
  • Strong working knowledge of HVAC principals and components
  • Data Center infrastructure understanding
  • Strong working knowledge of the general selling process and commercial issues
