Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for evaluating electrical systems, products, components, and applications by designing and conducting research; applying knowledge of electricity and materials. Confirms systems and components capabilities by designing testing methods; testing properties
- Responsible for PLC programing, operator interface displays and other software controlled devices
- Develops electrical products by studying customer requirements researching and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials: soliciting feedback from operators
Qualifications:
- Must have Bachelors Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- Must have 1 year of electrical engineering design experience and knowledge of design techniques, tools and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models
- Must be able to work extended hours
- Must be proficient in AutoCad and familiar with NEC and CE and ISO-9001 and have knowledge of PLC development software and variable frequency drives
- Must be knowledgeable in electrical code regulation both domestic and international
- Must be able to travel 20-40% domestically
