Responsibilities:

Manage and Bring the appropriate support to all Human Resources functions within ZIUS facility including Recruiting, Employee and Staff Development and Training, Employee Communications, and Health and Safety. Ensure that all programs are in compliance with Federal, State and Local laws and regulations and in accordance with company standards.

 

Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR
Minimum of seven years experience in a Human Resources role with exposure to all facets of HR including benefits, compensation, employee development, health and safety, training, recruitment and communication
Ability to build collaborative relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Expert level experience in recruitment
Expert level experiences in HR processes and policies
Expert level knowledge of Federal, State and Local employment laws and regulations
Must possess a thorough understanding of the confidentiality associated with the position
Expert level Technical skills in MS Office (especially excel) and HRIS
