Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Verify documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct training for management and employees regarding compliance requirements
- Conduct and report on internal audits
- Communicate and work with management, employees, and regulators
- Identify and report areas of organization vulnerability or risk, and report to management
- Perform other functions and responsibilities as requested; duties may change at any time with or without notice
Qualifications:
- Minimum three years’ experience in HR
- Ability to work independently
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Skills (emphasis on Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook)
- Must have strong planning and organizational skills
- College degree preferred
