Responsibilities:

  • Verify documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct training for management and employees regarding compliance requirements
  • Conduct and report on internal audits
  • Communicate and work with management, employees, and regulators
  • Identify and report areas of organization vulnerability or risk, and report to management
  • Perform other functions and responsibilities as requested; duties may change at any time with or without notice

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years’ experience in HR
  • Ability to work independently
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Skills (emphasis on Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook)
  • Must have strong planning and organizational skills
  • College degree preferred
