Job Description
Responsibilities:
This individual will be responsible for testing the client’s web application, following test scripts, reviewing bugs, and testing fixes. In addition, this individual will work with the client’s software and hardware to track tickets and assist with the software release process.
Qualifications:
-Energetic personality, self-starter, good initiative
-Aptitude for working with computers, software, and hardware
-Eagerness to learn new products and tools
-Ability to work with the internal development team
-Understand the issue life cycle (gather details, create/manage tickets, interact with technical team, develop test plans, test fixes to software, assist in delivery process)
-Ability to think critically and trouble-shoot problems
-Knowledge of SQL or the desire to learn SQL
-Ability to work efficiently and possess strong time management skills
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office
-Work with honesty and integrity
-A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
-Experience in a customer facing role is preferred
-1 year of software testing experience
