Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Application of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to eliminate waste and optimize production
- Leads from the front and sets the highest standard of excellence
- Can lead all aspects of each Lean Manufacturing kaizen
- Visual management
- 5S mastery
- Application of all Lean tools
Requirements:
- Track record of success applying Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma best practices
- 10+ years of Lean Manufacturing Engineering
- Demonstrated ability to set and achieve stretch goals quickly, while possessing strong people skills centered around supporting each Primus team member
- Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
- Proven expertise at achieving and sustaining the #1-ranked position with customers
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or more advanced Engineering degree from a leading engineering school
- Strong computer skills including CAD, Microsoft Excel, and all needed software packages
- Five or more outstanding professional and personal references, including past three direct managers
- Successfully completes thorough background check, drug testing and other employment testing before hiring
