Job Description

Responsibilities:

– Perform project based product and market research with a variety of tools
including market reports, internet, and phone
– Assess competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, evaluate market prices, and
determine and forecast market trends
– Research and quantify market segments and sizes, growth rates, and contribute to
accurate opportunity analysis
– Present findings, report on milestone status and make recommendations based on
direction and own contribution utilizing a growing awareness of competitive
landscape
– Progressively contribute to marketing automation initiatives and activities as
assigned
– Contribute, as assigned, to the planning and execution of a variety of marketing
programs including promotions, digital and print campaigns, Online and POS
strategies, social media and trade shows
– Manage and update all collateral and documents needs
– Support communication with outside vendors and business partners
– Assist in updating imagery and assets needed for print, web and digital asset
production
– As directed, act as marketing liaison between Sales, Operations and Marketing
departments in a matrixed organization
– Perform initial duties as trade show coordinator

 

Qualifications:

a. Bachelors’ degree from a recognized college/university
b. 1-2 years’ experience in a business role or an equivalent combination of education
and experience
c. Passion for business and marketing in a complex market segment with a
commitment to personal professional growth
Desired Qualifications:
a. Degree or coursework concentration in business administration, marketing,
communications or design
b. Interest in digital, print, social media and emergent marketing technologies and
platforms
c. Exposure and a working knowledge of CRM platforms, Marketing Automation
and Adobe Creative Suite
