Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads generated from marketing efforts, PR reach outs and media kits requests.
- Draft proposals and create contracts accurately.
- Manage the print and digital advertising revenue tracking log.
- Staying on top of all the sales due dates and communication the status of sales activity with the rest of the team, as well as coordinate and manage activities between the internal team and their largest clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum three years’ experience in a business environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
- Detail-oriented
- Strong initiative skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Organized
- Ability to handle multiple projects at one time with ease
