Job Description
Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of progressive, hands on manufacturing engineering experience.
- A minimum of one (1) year HVAC experience is preferred.
- This position also requires knowledge of formal problem solving methods along with experience with financial controls and product costing.
- Previous experience with new products and process introductions along with a working knowledge of lean manufacturing practices and procedures is also required.
- In the absence of a four (4) degree in engineering, a minimum of seven (7) to ten (10) years experience is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Access, & PowerPoint) as well as Internet software and email is required.
- The employee is occasionally required to lift up to 40 pounds.
