Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop custom designs of heat recovery steam generators (HRSGs) based on customer requirements. Offer standard and unique solutions to challenges of the marketplace, building a competitive advantage through innovation. Decision Making / Problem Solving related to design heat recovery equipment based on the customer’s process requirements and the heating surface optimization.
- Size heat exchangers and auxiliary equipment based on the company philosophy as defined in design guidelines. Select materials for components operating at various pressure and temperature conditions.
- Evaluate customer specifications by making comments, clarifications and requesting missing/additional information.
- Develop detailed design of HRSGs including all calculations and auxiliary equipment selection per specification requirements and generate auxiliary equipment specifications at the proposal and job stages. Evaluate related bids.
- Support the project team with technical issues through all stages of the job execution and participate in technical meetings with the customer at various stages of project development. Develop data sheets for Estimating, Sales, I&C and Drafting groups. Generate the technical part of the Sales proposal.
Qualifications:
- BS ChemE OR BSME with minimum 3.4 gpa minimum
- Need 0 to 3 years related experience.
